Forum for World Literature Studies is an international academic journal co founded by the National Key Discipline of Comparative Literature at Shanghai Normal University and the Department of Comparative Literature at Purdue University in the United States. The inaugural issue of the journal was published in April 2010, with Professor Huang Tiechi serving as the first editor in chief, and other editors including Professor Nie Zhenzhao and Professor Charles Ross. The journal has an international editorial board, including famous scholars from Norway, the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the United States, Australia, Finland, South Korea, India, Türkiye, Malaysia, Hong Kong and other places. The journal covers theoretical exploration, literary criticism, literary history, and cultural studies, and also publishes book review articles.
